“it’s the same sky i see as yours,” Making Space Dance Festival (2022)
– invited by tbd. dance collective to choreograph a movement piece for Making Space Dance Festival 2022
– “it’s the same sky i see as yours” is a choreographic piece explores the themes of absence, existence, and non-existence. The piece prompts contemplation on the nature of acknowledgment, sparking questions about what it genuinely takes for us to recognize the existence of something. This exploration challenges perceptions, inviting reflection on the interplay between tangible proofs and the role of blind faith in validating existence.

– planned and directed the event involving a community dance class followed by a dance performance
